What is Hydraulic Cylinder?

A hydraulic cylinder (also called a linear hydraulic motor) is a mechanical actuator used to force one direction through a single directional stroke. It has many applications, especially in engineering vehicles.

Hydraulic cylinders derive their power from pressurized hydraulic fluids, which are usually oily. A hydraulic cylinder consists of a cylindrical barrel, with a piston attached to the piston rod moving back and forth. The rod goes back and forth.
