What is Propoints Weight Watchers Calculation?

ProPoints can be calculated using the online ProPoint Calculator to identify and monitor food points in your body and plan accordingly.
Calories are counted in the ProPoints program because the biggest cause of weight loss is calorie deficit: burning more calories than you eat.
